Return & Exchanges

Product(s) can be exchanged/Return within the 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that the product must be unused, all tags must be intact, packing is in its original condition and original invoice is attached. Items bought at clearance sale cannot be exchanged. Contact our customer services by emailing or WhatsApp.

Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.

Delivery Charges will not be refunded. Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.

All returns should be sent to the address mentioned at parcel.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via call that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply. MavraStore may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock; pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
